Our main customers are industries within the pharmaceutical and biotech area. We are situated in Lund, Sweden, where we have modern laboratories and production facilities. The number of employees today is 105.
For our IT department, we are looking for an enthusiastic IT-supporter.
Challenges
In this demanding position you will be part of a small international and distributed team providing IT support to internal customers in 22 countries throughout Europe, Middle East & Africa. You will be based in Lund, Sweden.
Together with your international colleagues you will be responsible for providing full IT support for desktops, laptops, peripherals and related software locally as well as to some extend throughout the region. The task also includes basic local support for laboratory equipment computers and servers.
You will be competent in producing written documentation. Further, you will also participate in IT projects as part of the regional or corporate teams.

The employment is a temporary position starting as soon as possible and ending in September 2011.
Qualifications
You have an education as a Computer Support Technician or an equivalent education. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with one year experience in a comparable job. Fluency in English, both spoken and written is a requirement of this role.
You work customer oriented, independently and are flexible. You are able to work under pressure and are team oriented. You can solve issues remotely using latest communication technology or on-site face to face.
The ‘corporate’ language is English. In your contact within the team and with our internal customers, you will regularly use your competency in English language. Swedish language skills are an advantage.
