This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for recruitment. The company also has offices in the financial worlds metropolis'; London, New York, Singapore and Tokyo. Their customers are mainly international investment banks and other financial players.

The company was founded as a start-up in Stockholm and today has about 170 employees at the Stockholm office and about 270 employees globally.

Tasks and responsibilities:

In the position as IT-support specialist at TriOptima, you have a great opportunity to influence and immediately take responsibility. You are an important part of the internal IT team where you continuously handle matters from internal users at a 1st/2nd-line level. You solve cases through Jira, email, chat, phone and face-to-face. The problems can be everything from user management in AD, software applications in Windows 10/Mac, internal application support (i.e Jira, Confluence, Office) hardware, peripherals, IT orders and equipment management. At TriOptima you have the chance to evolve in the long run and get the opportunity to advance, learn and develop skills in what you are interested in and are beneficial to the department and company. We are strong believers in continues learning and continues development; both technology and way of working-wise. Self-drive, accountability, structure and communication are key aspects of the role.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• Completed upper secondary education, with advantage in IT/ Technology
• Previous work experience of a similar role, such as IT support or support technician
• Fluent in English, speaking and writing
• Some understanding in Swedish is meritorious

To thrive in this position, you have a strong drive to evolve in the IT-area. You are motivated by learning new things and take initiative to develop the department further. You can work independently, and your way of working is characterized by a service-oriented attitude. You work proactively and are driven by solving problems while being structured and thorough to ensure a secure IT environment. Furthermore, you want it to be right rather than that it is done quickly and with lower quality. We also attach great importance to soft values such as helpful, positive and pragmatic.
