This is an exciting opportunity for a IT Test Lead to join an important and exciting project which will deliver one global template for H&M warehouses within both Store and Online channels. The solution is based on SAP EWM and a wide range of new and existing surrounding systems.
As a IT Test Lead, your main responsibility will be to implement a new warehouse online solution. You will lead and manage the planning, preparation and execution of test within the warehouse management system to ensure the quality of the delivered solution. You will coordinate testing with other test leads and work closely with requirement analysts, application experts, developers and our system integrator.
We believe that you currently work as a IT Test Lead or have several years of experience from a similar role and enjoy working with test strategies. You have outstanding abilities in managing deliverables and in time management, you are well-structured in your work and can make fast, fact-based decisions. Also, you have the ability to handle many stakeholders, build relationships and to coach and motivate the team.
Your responsibilities
The job of an IT Test Lead within the H&M group comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Handle complex and multiple stakeholder relations and relations with vendors
• Lead, support and coach the team
• Reviewing test scenarios set up by the supplier and support and monitor the supplier's tests
• Together with the supplier, setting a total test plan and the pre-conditions for test execution, like test data and test environment
• Supporting and planning the H&M business side in acceptance testing with test process tasks
• Working together with test leads from other projects within the program to set the total acceptance test scope
• Introduce and align internal and external partners to our Test Strategy
• Plan for User Acceptance Test and secure resources for the same
• To plan functional and non-functional testing together with the parties delivering in the Online Logistics expansion release and continuously identify, evaluate and prioritize testing activities.

And your skills include:
• Strong leadership skills and Test Management skills
• Experience from Test Management in large scale and complex projects in Supply chain/Logistics within a global organization
• Experience from logistics and warehouse management systems, especially SAP EWM
• Experience from Integrated Enterprise solutions
• Experience from software development project, standard system implementation and/or from Roll out of Global Solutions
• Able to both work both operational and strategically and easily switch between the two
• Great ability to communicate in Swedish and English
