Within Mainframe Transactions and Application Services we work among other things with technical support and development of IMS, CICS and Websphere within the mainframe area. We are a important part of an global organisation that cooperates with several sites around the world. Now we need to strengthen our group with one CICS technician.

CICS Technician Mainframe (4253)

Main responsibility:
• Technical development and support within global CICS infrastructure.

Work:
• SW life cycle planning and development
• SW Implementation & configuration
• Technical support
• Performance & Tuning
• Automation
• Daily maintenance
• Vendor and customer contacts
• On call support on regular basis

Skills & experiences required:
• Experience within the infrastructure mainframe area is required.
• Experience within the CICS area preferred.
• English proficient both spoken and written.

You should also:
• Have good communication and cooperation skills
• Be experienced and able to lead changes in a global environment
• Be business oriented and able to establish good relations with our customers and vendors
• Establish global and local guidelines
• Share and act according to our values Professionalism, Respect & Spirit
