The offer
As an IT Supporter Request Fulfilment in ITSS you will be a member of On-Site Support Team 3 located in Stockholm.
In On-Site Support we are working with global processes and for delivering within the agreed service levels and we have a very high focus on delivering the best service to our users. We have the courage to deliver quality.
You'll be responsible for performing best in class service and support to all IT related end-user hardware. You'll execute on hardware work orders and Incident. You may also assist with special projects and other activities if needed.
What you'll be doing:
* Handling orders
* Performing asset updates
* Participating in projects
* Installing, break-fix and testing of IT hardware
* Taking ownership for delivering services within the agreed service level and focus on our end-users satisfaction
The position is based in Stockholm and fully on-site at the office.

Your background:
* Professional level English (spoken and written). Being able to speak Swedish is considered an advantage.
* Knowledge of our tools, like SCCM Current Branch (system management tool), Active Directory
* Microsoft Intune
* Windows Autopilot
* Good knowledge about Microsoft products (Office 365)
* BMC Remedy / Helix
* Good knowledge of computers / Networking / IT infrastructure
* WIN10 / 11 experience
