Your role as IT Support Technician
In the role as IT Support Technician you will be responsible for the ongoing support regarding Nordic Capital, including both minor errands and larger improvement projects. You will be responsible for the entire support process and therefore you play a big part in developing Nordic Capitals IT-processes. This role offers you to take great responsibility over your job and will give you the opportunity to engage in larger IT-projects within Nordic Capital. The role includes:
Ensuring the daily activities within Nordic Capital runs smoothly
Carefully and effectively handle all support errands
Supporting first- and second line IT via telephone, email and on-site
Providing technical support across the company
Your qualifications
2-5 years of relevant experience within IT-support
Experienced in Microsoft 365 and Azure
Experience in Sharepoint and Teams is a merit
Experience working in an international environment and/or working in the finance industry or similar is a merit
To succeed in the role, you are naturally service minded and appreciates communication. Further, you have an interest in IT-matters and values working in a high-paced and ever-changing environment. Last but not least, you appreciate working from a long-term perspective and always providing what is best for Nordic Capital.
Practical details:
Start: As soon as possible or by agreement
Extent: This is a 6-month consultancy assignment with possibility for extension
Location: Stockholm
Salary: Fixed, monthly by agreement
