As IT Support Manager you will lead a globally distributed team, currently in 4 locations, with a mix of employees and consultants to deliver first line support for approximately 500 users on both Mac and Windows, Android and iOS. You will work in a mix of legacy systems with a strong direction towards a more modern cloud based technology stack, including G Suite, Dropbox, Slack and Salesforce.com. You will report to the CIO and take part in EQTs IT lead team with peers in charge of different areas of the business. The role is based at our headquarters in Stockholm, occasional travel will be needed.
Main Work tasks
The responsibilities for this role include
Lead the global team that works with first line support for all EQT employees worldwide
Drive a continuous improvement mindset in the team, measure adoption and satisfaction. Maintain a data-driven environment.
Responsible for end user training of EQT employees in IT matters
Managing the employee lifecycle from an IT perspective
Preparing and running recurring IT reviews
Vendor management and licensing
Coaching/Mentoring team members in Project management of various IT related projects
Provide senior technical resource expertise on systems, processes, and procedures. Be available as required to provide guidance and answer questions.
Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with co-workers, and every level of management
