Tele2 is looking to expand the team of IT-security experts and specialists that works with cybersecurity issues in our global operations. The Tele2 Cyber Security Incident and Response Team (CSIRT) is a technical IT-security team working for the Tele2 group that performs tasks in several IT security areas, such as:
IT security Incident response
IT-security investigations
Internal penetration testing
Vulnerability management
SOC and SIEM
Deploying and monitoring IT-security systems in the Tele2 networks
Supporting internal development with IT-security expertise
Be a consultative part in the development of IT-security policy documentation
Be a consultative part in the development of necessary educational material to the Tele2 organization
In the Tele2 CSIRT, you will work in a team located both in Sweden and Latvia which provides IT-security services to our offices and operations in 6 countries in Europe and Asia. You will be responsible for investigating IT-security events and coordinating and escalating responses. You will also be responsible for proactively improving the IT-security posture of Tele2 operations by finding security issues, assessing them and working with the responsible teams to remediate them. You will also participate in advising other parts of the Tele2 organization about security decisions.
In order to be successful in this job we belive you have...
A university degree within IT or equivalent
Experience and interest in the IT-security field
Network & infrastructure penetration testing
Web application penetration testing
Broad general IT security knowledge
Superior verbal and written communication skills in English
Skill and experience in the following areas is advantageous:
Computer forensics
Vulnerability management
IT-security communication skills
Providing IT-security training
It is important that you are able to work with a wide variety of systems, and comfortable with researching and presenting security solutions for both technical and non-technical colleagues. As part of the role as an IT-security specialist you will help to ensure that IT-security is always on the agenda!
