Our current IT Purchase Specialist is now moving on to exciting new challenges and we are looking for a new star to join the team!

The IT Department is a core function supporting around 600 employees all over the globe. The team works with determination, heart, and passion to deliver reliable services and support to the organization. Get to know your new team
IT Operations is the face of the IT department. We make sure that everything is up and running as well as managing incoming requests that we either solve ourselves or delegate to other specialized teams within the IT department.
The role as IT Purchase Specialist
Managing the purchasing lifecycle for software and hardware from request to order, and from delivery to the requester
Responsibility for IT contract management, and for renewing license, service, and support contracts.
Managing supplier relationships, sourcing new suppliers, getting quotations, and assisting with price negotiation
Handling requests via ticketing system, calls and walk-in
Coding invoices and account for credit card purchases
Supporting IT managers with budget setting and follow-ups
We are looking for someone with
Experience in purchasing or relevant education
A good technical and financial understanding
Knowledge about IT hardware and software
Is service minded and enjoys interacting with others and build relationships
Is Structured and has a systematic approach to ways of working
Has effective communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
Since we are global organization, we need you to be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is also required for this role and any other language is a plus.

This role comes with a lot of responsibility that requires drive, curiosity and a "can-do attitude" that will help push projects forward and continue to better our processes and amaze our customers. We believe you are a tech lover who have a natural interest in IT. We also see you having strong organizational skills who enjoys working administratively. You should also be comfortable working with numbers and have a good understanding of accounting principles as well as being cost and risk conscious.
