We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic IT Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive digitalization projects within our Commercial Excellence area. You lead and support the project team, including developers, testers, designers, and business experts, to ensure successful project delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to manage digitalization projects from inception to completion, overseeing the entire project life cycle and organizing project teams to achieve our goals.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
Plan, implement, and monitor project progress, ensuring goals, schedule, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Identify, solve, and mitigate risks and issues that arise during projects
Bring the best practices from e-commerce area to the projects you deliver
Document project progress and outcomes comprehensively
Monitor and report on project status, including costs, timing, and staffing
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding goals, timelines, budgets, and quality
Your office location will be either Stockholm, Falun, reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Commercial Excellence. The position may require some travel. We embrace a hybrid work model, allowing you to work both from home and in the office.
Who are we looking for?
To thrive and succeed in this role you should be comfortable in leading teams and capable of working independently in dynamic environments. Your project manager and e- commerce experience equips you to utilize appropriate processes, tools, and insights to effectively manage resources, budget, risks, and changes. Your proficiency is based on a university degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field within IT.
Skills we expect you to have:
At least three years of experience in e- commerce related projects / e-commerce business
IT project management skills, including familiarity with methodologies and tools (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, PMI)
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
A solution-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy and organization
Fluency in English and Swedish
Background and experience in the e-commerce industry is a requirement
