We are looking for an Operations Manager
Kambi IT Operations consists of more than 65 people working to ensure Kambi's business can deliver twenty-four seven, year round. We're dedicated to agile operations, think dev-ops and automation is a great way of achieving that.
Agile teams require agile leaders and we are looking to recruit a new Operations Manager to manage two to three self-organising operations teams through the next phase of Kambi's growth. You will report to the Head of IT Operations.
As an Operations Manager you will guide the day to day activities and facilitate day to day workflow of the team, build and improve our operational processes. You shield the team from wasteful disturbance, remove obstacles that the team has decided would deflect attention from progress without adding learning, and facilitate a group of very smart people attempting to solve challenging problems.
Some of the day-to-day work:
• Facilitating the teams daily workflow management processes
• Performing retrospectives of both our processes and our deliveries to ensure we deliver the right things at the right time
• Observing the team and their cooperation with stakeholders and coaching them on how to improve their impact and throughput
• Support teams in cross-team communications
• Facilitate continuous improvement across the organization
• Recruiting for the it-ops organization
• Planning the growth of existing infrastructure and the implementation of new systems to secure Kambi's growth
