We are now looking for a coordinator within Capacity & Expansion, a central function in H&M's global IT department. At Capacity & Expansion we ensure that our internal infrastructure services are implemented globally. In order to meet the expansion, we now need to expand our team. In this role you will coordinate deliveries and implementation of standardized solutions within IT infrastructure in close cooperation with suppliers, IT personnel globally, project managers and others.
We are 11 team members where two are based in Hong Kong. We have a good team spirit, we work with constant improvements in order to strengthen and secure our delivery.
To be successful in this role we see that you are a team player and have your own drive; you are service minded and want to deliver with high quality. In this role it is important that you like to build relationships, take own initiatives, are used to prioritize and drive your daily work forward. You have the ability to understand new requirements and their impact on current services and you like to give professional service within your deliveries.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M coordinator comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Coordinate deliveries and implementation of standardized solutions within IT infrastructure
• Work closely together with suppliers, global IT staff and project managers
• Initiate and handle capacity planning and trend analysis
• Administer and coordinate hardware orders, licenses, network lines and services
• Handle maintenance of documentation, processes and flows
• Handle relations with global suppliers and vendors
• Actively work with constant improvements of processes, tools and routines
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• At least 3 years of experience from working with IT-services within technical infrastructure such as network and/or server
• Technical knowledge within network and/or server in order to understand and be consultative towards our business
• Experience of working with external service suppliers and taking part in negotiations
• Experience of ITIL and ITSM
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English

The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conduct business virtually all over the globe.
