Are you looking for a role where you can work independently and take ownership of IT deliveries on-site? We are currently searching for an IT Coordinator for an assignment located in Sundsvall.
You will act as a key contact between IT and the business, ensuring high-quality IT service and support both on-site and remotely.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will represent Finance and IT within the region and be responsible for supporting both daily IT operations and the setup of new offices and construction sites. This includes planning and coordinating network installations (WAN/LAN), printers, and office solutions, as well as liaising with suppliers.
You will manage the full life cycle of office and site setups, provide second-line support in the ITSM tool (ServiceNow), and offer on-site support for workplace services, network, telephony, and office equipment. You will also serve as a super-user for selected IT services and components, and provide technical guidance to end-users.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Completed high school education
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT technical and support roles
Post-secondary education in a relevant field
Participated in one or more similar assignments
Ability to take responsibility for limited tasks
ITIL knowledge
Experience working with the ITSM tool ServiceNow
Fluent in local language (Swedish) and English
Driving license and access to own car
Personal characteristics:
Able to work independently and take initiative
Strong communication and social skills
Cooperative and self-motivated
A team player with a service-oriented mindset
Terms
Location: Sundsvall
Workload: Full-time
Assignment period: 2025-09-01 initially until 2025-12-31 with possible extension
On-site work is required, with limited possibility for remote work when needed
