As an IT Coordinator you will be an instrumental part of the technology organization who is responsible for Viaplay systems and services. The role will span across multiple departments and encompass a variety of tasks that are important for us to maintain and develop over time. Your job will be to create, communicate and enforce policies and standards within IT and information security, applying a best-practice approach. Furthermore, you will be responsible to handle user account- and documentation management with regards to the systems and tools that we use within the technology organization. Given that you will work closely with the other departments inside the technology organization you will also be involved in the evaluation of new support systems as well as actively test new system integrations. The role constitute a perfect fit for a person who is passionately driven by structure and who likes to be actively involved in delivering value within these areas. It is vital that you have a demonstrated capability of creating trust and to win both heart and minds among your peers in order to successfully implement the ideas that you generate. Perseverance is also an important trait. To put it simple, you are willing to walk the extra mile to reach the objectives in practice.

What we ask of you
We're looking for someone who likes to be in the heat on a daily basis and that takes great pride and is passionate in driving and implementing incremental improvements, whilst also securing a solid communication to gain trust and commitment among key stakeholders.
The requirements for this position are:
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent. Practical experience and demonstrated know-how can compensate for lack of academic degree.
Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in enterprise technology organizations, working with above stated responsibility areas.
Solid knowledge and understanding with regards ISO-standards within above stated responsibility areas, and how to apply these in an agile corporate environment to maximize the effect.
Understanding of network and infrastructure concepts.
Understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS but also others can be an asset (i.e. Azure).
Proven experience in preparing documentation guidelines and policies and an ability to follow through on plans within above stated responsibility areas.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both Swedish and English.
