About the job as IT Business Analyst - Sales

SKF Motion Technologies is looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join their growing team. For this job we are looking for you with experience in both information systems and business process improvements, particularly within the area of Sales, related to systems such as ERP, CRM, Reporting, Analytics and eCommerce.

On a day-to-day basis, you will support the organization with finding solutions to continuous process improvement demands, performing system configuration and administrative tasks. You will be coordinating super-users, problem solving, working with documentation and coaching of colleagues on how to use and perform system related tasks. As the IT Business Analyst, you will be the subject matter expert for the IT systems related to the Sales domain.

You will also serve as the coordinator between the organization and application system developers and consultants, with the responsibility to capture and drive change improvements solutions, from demand all the way through the design and implementation of software- and process solutions.

In this job you will both be managing and supporting the operational topics and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as managing more complex assignments which requires coordinating of workgroups in a global organization together with external suppliers.

You will be located in Göteborg (Sweden), at the headquarter, reporting to Linda Andersson Business Applications Team manager. You 'll be part of a team of 6 people and working closely with a range of external service providers. Regular travel over multiple continents is to be expected.

Do you recognize yourself in the below competence?

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of ERP solutions (primarily Infor M3) and other related systems such BI, CRM and eCommerce
• Strong business domain knowledge within the area of sales & order handling, customer relationship management, EDI/e-commerce processes and good understanding of financial processes
• Extensive experience and knowledge within business systems combined with a hands-on approach in supporting business organizations
• Master/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer science (with Business Information Systems specialization)
• Strong communication skills in English and Swedish, also experienced in writing technical documentation
• Experience working in similar position or in roles such as Management consultant, ERP specialist consultant or Project manager for at least 5 years

You also have the ability to work on multiple assignments, but keeping the right focus, and at the same time strive to simplify and standardize work procedures to raise the organizations competence. Structured and analytical skills are highly valued.
