hela Sverige Northvolt has an exciting job offer for an IT Applications Analyst/IT Coordinator to join our passionate team in Stockholm. In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.
As an Analyst in the IT Applications group you will be defining and delivering business solutions requiring use of 3rd party software. A core function of this role will be to not only be working on the day to day tasks of software delivery, but challenging the status quo so that Northvolt is implementing the most efficient solutions possible. This role will report directly to the Head of IT & Infrastructure, and falls within Northvolt's Automation group.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Support or lead requirements gathering discussions with stakeholders across multiple business units
• Play key role in vendor selection for any business application procured by Northvolt
• Support project implementation from requirements gathering, to building and deploying a business application
• Manage vendors involved in implementing, and supporting our software portfolio

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in information technology and resource management
• Experience in some aspects of the software delivery lifecycle (requirements gathering, solution architecture, implementation, deployment)
Preferred Experience:
• Experience working with vendors in a software delivery environment, or evidence of leadership potential
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems including leading requirements analysis, integration planning, and vendor selection/negotiation
• An interest in analyzing business processes and re-engineering them to be as efficient as possible
• Experience and interest in manufacturing industry is a plus

Northvolt is building the largest lithium-ion battery factory in Europe. This is key for future innovation and will support and accelerate the transition to sustainable energy production and consumption.
We are currently in an exciting fast growing phase and operate in a busy, fast moving environment, dealing with a wide range of stakeholders preparing for factory construction to start in 2018. We are staffing our international project office in Stockholm and preparing upcoming recruitments for the establishment of the R&D facility, Northvolt Labs, in Västerås and the main factory, Northvolt Ett, in Skellefteå.
