• This is a consulting assignment. You will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at Sinch AB. The assignment will be full-time and extend continuously, where the ambition is an over-recruitment to Sinch if all parties are satisfied with the cooperation.
ARBETSUPPGIFTER
The role as an IT Adminsitrator is new at Sinch AB so part of the mission is set up processes together with the IT-support and the IT Vendor Manager to offload them with administrative tasks and finding ways to streamline their processes. You will also be assisting the IT support with logistical tasks such as the ordering and delivery of new hardware to all of Sinch connected offices and employees globally. You will be part of a growing team and work closely to the IT Vendor Manager giving input on IT needs of equipment and licenses.
Key responsibilities include:
• Manage purchases of IT hardware and software licenses
• Place purchase orders in SAPbyDesign or other vendor portals
• Help the Sinch IT support staff with tickets when needed
• Handle deviations and ad hoc orders
• Keep track of and improve inventory of new/used hardware though asset management solution and physical inventory
• Be an intermediary between Sinch and our suppliers
• Perform user administration tasks in various systems, ensuring information is correct and up to date.
• Update and document purchase processes
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Secondary education within a relevant area
• Proficiency in Office 365, particularly Excel
• Experience in similar role or IT support background
• You also need to speak and write fluently in the English language as this is the organization's corporate language and the main work will be done in the language.

• Contract: Full-time, permanent position
• Location: Stockholm with the possibility to work remote approx. 1-2 days a week
