About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and strategic Group Investor Relations Manager to drive and execute our investor relations strategy, shape our investment story, and foster strong relationships with investors and stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to communication and project management, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful investor engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Quarterly Report and Presentation Development: Participate in preparing quarterly reports and supporting materials to effectively communicate company performance, strategy, and growth prospects.
Financial, ESG & Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of financial, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) results, translating complex data into clear, concise reports for investors, analysts, and business leaders.
Investor Targeting & Engagement: Proactively engage with investors and track shareholder movements and market sentiment, developing targeted outreach strategies.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute impactful investor webinars, capital market days, and earnings calls, ensuring seamless logistics and compelling content.
Strategic Communication & Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to generate creative content that effectively communicates the Electrolux investment story, ensuring alignment with our business goals and sustainability agenda.
Project Management: Lead and manage key projects, taking ownership of their execution, structure, and delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Who You Are:
Financial Analyst: Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial modeling, investor targeting, and reporting.
Strategic and Creative: A strategic thinker who can craft compelling narratives, translating complex data into clear communication that resonates with investors.
Proactive & Engaging: A proactive communicator, driving investor engagement and relationship-building.
Detail-Oriented & Structured: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Agile Team Player: Strong collaboration skills, able to form relationships across teams and influence cross-functional decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Relevant experience in corporate communications, strategy development, investor relations, financial analysis, business controlling, or capital markets.
Strong understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., TCFD, GRI, SASB, EU Taxonomy) is an advantage.
Proven project management experience with the ability to drive initiatives and deliver results.
A passion for sustainability and strategic communication.
