To meet the growing demand for battery electric heavy-duty vehicles and machines, the Volvo Group has initiated the process to establish a large-scale production plant for battery cells in Sweden.
We will be able to build on a strong heritage and world-class competence in advanced, high-volume manufacturing, while having access to Sweden's rich supply of fossil free energy.

Manage and drive the investment portfolio/budget for the Battery plant.
Work close together with the different project teams, mainly:
Building & Infrastructure
Industrial Process
Finance
Support in RFQ (request for quotation) process.
Being part of our team and our challenge, will require that...
You have a deep interest in sustainability and green industry
You are courageous to try, fail and try again
You collaborate and share relevant information to solve problems cross functionally.
You have experience in areas such as:
Manufacturing Engineering/Controlling
Investment process
You have a relevant University Degree
You speak and write fluent good English, additional languages are highly valued
