Workwide AB is a Värmland based startup established in 2014 by brothers Simon and Filip Nilsson. We run Sweden's most exciting job board on Workwide.se where we publish vacant roles for Swedish speakers internationally. Since the start in 2014 we have been focusing heavily on product and website development while doing sales and marketing on a moderate level. In September 2015 we launched the new Workwide.se and the response have been positive from the market and, equally important, from the job seekers.

2016 is Workwide's take-off year. We are planning to grow our team to five members in the Karlstad office and we will expand to new markets starting with Europe's largest, Germany - where we will help German job seekers find exciting jobs abroad. We will also go full throttle on sales and marketing. This means that we need new Account Managers to do customer acquisition and account management.

International Sales
We are looking for an energetic, confident and hunter-type of salesman or saleswoman. We expect you to be comfortable with using the phone as your main tool for the sales process. We would consider it a merit if you are a confident LinkedIn-user since most of our customers are active there.

Job description:
• Customer acquisition mainly through cold calling recruitment, talent acquisition or marketing managers around the world
• Sell and communicate our advertisement services in a compelling and easily understandable way towards the international market
• Build your own pipeline and manage your portfolio of customers
• Responsible for achieving monthly sales objectives, metrics, and quotas

Requirements:
• Experience from telephone sales (telemarketing, tele sales, meeting booking, B2B etc.)
• Excellent English language skills
• Excellent German language skills
• You have a structured approach to your work

We would consider it a plus:
• If you can show us your impressive sales results from earlier jobs
• If you have sales experience from the recruitment, advertisement, media or sourcing industry
