Donya Labs is a research and development driven company leading the 3D optimization industry with our proprietary "Simplygon" technology. We are based in Sweden, but operate all around the globe, as Simplygon is today being used by many large companies including some of the biggest AAA game developers such as CCP games, Blizzard, NCsoft, Disney interactive and Bioware.
We are an expanding company, and we seek productive and creative people with a drive to make technology that will revolutionize the production of 3D content, that want their contribution to count and are not afraid to take on responsibilities and representing the company when meeting customers around the globe.
We are growing and going through a phase of expansion and are currently seeking a Senior International Business Manager. Our customers set high standards for us and we therefore set high standards for our employees. We want someone who is one of the best in their field at the moment.
In your role you will be selling our products, which are aimed primarily at the game development, architecture, technical design and media entertainment industries. Our customers are not only located in Sweden. In fact most of them are located abroad and we are constantly growing. For that reason your sales area will expand, though in the long run you may become even more specialised in one of our segments. In your role you will work closely with our development unit to look at how, when and where our products should be packaged, launched and communicated. That may be at fairs, but also in other appropriate contexts. We do not physically meet all our customers and the role therefore includes the ability to conduct business without physical meetings. Our business processes are often long and require both patience and professionalism. You are expected to have a strategic mindset concerning sales and to establish contacts with retailers and agents around the world. In time we will open an office in the USA - perhaps you will be responsible for setting it up?
The post is a new one in the company and it can be adapted to a great extent depending on who you are and what your background is.
Kvalifikationer: (qualifications)
We believe that you are currently working in software/software sales and/or complex IT solutions, perhaps in a technology company in the gaming, CAD or similar industries. We assume that you are familiar with business to business sales in the international market and have good negotiating skills, knowledge of software agreements and, naturally, an interest in branding and marketing.
As a person, you are determined, structured, willing to take on responsibility and self-motivating with a business mindset. You have good ability to communicate, collaborate, document and think strategically. You also have the ability to see the big picture and are creative and flexible.
Your English is fluent, both spoken and written. Since we operate all over the world, it would be an advantage if you could speak several languages.
