In the role as an Internal marketing growth hacker, you will be working as a part of a digital marketing team in close collaboration with sales.
You will most likely be doing some of these things:
Building campaign/landing pages and other light applications
Operating Marketing Automation software, including building workflows and campaign management.
Supporting in the analysis and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns
Analyzing web, CRM and digital marketing results and creating suggestions for further improvement and optimisation across channels.
Planning and executing social media posts
Help editing, reviewing and writing new content
Optimise existing content, modify it for other channels like emails, ads, social media posts
Requirements
There are some things we think will help you succeed in this role at Avaus:
Business and marketing oriented mindset
Basics in Web / marketing analytics
Curiousity to learn more about data driven marketing and marketing technology
Team player skills with consultative "can-do" attitude and good communication skills
The ability to see "the bigger picture" and understand how marketing technologies fit in the marketing landscape
Experienced in optimising website content (blogs, reference cases etc.) towards higher conversion taking readability, conversion as well as SEO into consideration
Fluency in English
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media and Communication or related field
Experience in working with content editing, content optimisation
Hidden nerdy skills (ie. can read and understand HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript)
Experience in measuring the business impact of marketing, BI / marketing analytics, dashboard and report creation.
