Tetra Pak is looking for an Internal Communications Manager that will be part of the Communications function, reporting to the Communications Director Integrated Solutions & Services.
This is a permanent position.
This position is based in Europe at one of our office locations (Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy). You will work in a global team supported by digital channels and remote collaboration tools. Occasional travel might be required.
What you will do
As our new Internal Communications Manager, you will support two business units (Services and Processing Solutions & Equipment) with internal communications, working in collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across Tetra Pak globally to inform and engage employees, to help the company change when needed, and to listen and support our colleagues around the world.
Your focus
Support the Head of Internal Communications for Services and Processing Solutions & Equipment to develop and execute the internal communications for the two business units, including development of key messaging, and tactics for execution
Drive unit-level editorial calendars by creating and delivering engaging internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, visuals, videos, and presentations
Support Head of Internal Communications in creating and executing change communications plans and campaigns to support and accelerate strategic transformations for our two business units
Provide guidance and coaching to stakeholders in internal communication
Work across multiple teams in the global business units to promote Services and Processing Solutions & Equipment news globally, ensuring a consistent flow of information and fostering a culture of transparency and engagement
Manage and maintain the two business units' internal communication channels ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the company's goals and values
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis
Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture
We believe you have
Writing expertise: You have excellent writing and editing skills, with a proficiency akin to a native English level and know-how of best practices for internal communications
Multimedia Maestro: You have experience in creating multimedia content that informs, engages, and excites employees (including videos, infographics etc)
Influential collaborator: You have strong abilities to work with and influence others, driving results through collaboration, adjusting to context and connecting with people at all levels of the organisation
Solution-oriented: You see opportunities where others see challenges. You have a knack for cutting through complexity to deliver expected results. You are comfortable working in a changing and sometimes ambiguous environment
Multitasking maven: From strategic planning to tactical execution, you handle a diverse range of tasks with strong attention to detail. Juggling multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously is a standard way of working for you
Cultural acumen: You have a nuanced understanding of cultural behaviours and the drivers behind them, which informs your approach and enhances your effectiveness
Team Player: Working in a team energises you. You build trust effortlessly and use your informal authority to inspire and guide others
Qualifications:
Education and proven experience: You have a degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field and a minimum of five years of internal communications experience
Languages: Your command of English is impeccable, both verbally and in writing, akin to native English level. Command of other languages is a plus
Added advantage: Experience with editorial planning and news management a plus
