This is how you could make an impact
We are now looking for an Internal Communications Manager to help us create an environment where the best people come to do their best work. In this role you will collaborate with various stakeholders in V.A.S. to develop and deliver communications that resonate and support key business objectives.

You will be the person responsible for creating and implementing communications strategies and tactics to inform, engage and educate employees. You will develop the content which will be presented on internal communications channels such as newsletters, company intranet, TV-screens, and internal presentations.

Other responsibilities within the role are:
Take an active part in development and execution of the V.A.S. MarCom strategy
Provide project management and communications support for internal events
Represent V.A.S. while actively participating in and contributing to Volvo Group's internal communications network
Develop and deliver trainings and knowledge on communications related policies, guidelines, and templates.

We are looking for a creative innovator with strategic and persuasive communication skills and a passion for telling a great story. You will use your expertise to drive critical initiatives, focusing on change management, engagement, and communications, which affecting the whole company. We believe you are a great problem-solver and are able to multitask as we work in a fast-paced, ever changing complex environment. Lastly, we hope that you share out passion for continuous learning and development.

Other required knowledge and experience:
University degree within relevant field
Several years of experience in a related role
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communications skills in English; understanding of how to develop messages for different audiences; proven experience as an effective storyteller
Advanced presentation skills and proficiency in the golden rules of slide creation
Strong networking and communications skills

This is a short-term assignment role for 1 year based in Gothenburg.
