Who you are
We in Internal Audit help to identify and mitigate risks that face the business before they become a crisis or incident. We cover all functions of the company and work with a wide variety of risks.
About the jobThe role as internal audit manager provides exposure to the entire breadth and depth of the Group 's activities. This role requires an individual very well versed in finance and corporate governance, with good business understanding and international experience.
As Internal Audit Manager you will be responsible for 10-15 internal audits per year, spread across the world. It includes planning, preparation, fieldwork, reporting and follow up of individual audits. The role involves management of internal resources as well as outsourced support. As part of the Internal Audit team you will also work with continuously developing the audit function, for example how we apply data analytics in our work.
What you knowYou probably have a degree in accounting or finance and experience from a managerial position in an industrial company. The role requires a good understanding and interest in corporate governance, covering for example reporting, internal control, health & safety and IT.
You need to understand business logics and business processes to be successful in this role. Finally, international experience is very important to be able to execute this position in an efficient manner.
The position is based in Lund and will involve extensive travelling.

• Master of Science or equivalent qualification in manufacturing or supply chain. - Fluent English is a pre-requisite, French is a must.
