We have an opportunity for an intern/praktikant to assist QRP in their expansion to the Swedish market.
QRP M.M.I. Nordics AB runs a large range of services in project management and IT service management field, including both training and consultancy in worldwide recognized theoretical practices throughout Europe and in the rest of the world.
The intern/praktikant will provide support to the Managing Director of the Nordics office in Stockholm. The role is to coordinate and participate in a variety of activities associated with the marketing, administration and finance with focus on the Swedish market.
Subsequent to the internship/praktikant period there will be an opportunity to work as a Swedish Country Manager at the office in Stockholm.

4 months based on monthly reimbursement of expenses to be agreed starting as soon as possible. The wage will be agreed on by the candidate and managing director

Education
Marketing or Business Studies Degree (just graduated or to be graduated)
Work Experience
Position would suit a recent graduate looking to embark on a career within administration/marketing.
Skills
• Fluent Swedish speaking and writing
• Fluent English speaking and writing
• Basic administrative experience
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Desirable: Administration/Marketing experience
• Desirable: Knowledge of other languages
Abilities
• The position is ideal for a results driven and creative individual who is comfortable in dealing with multiple projects in a demanding deadline driven environment.
• The ability to work individually
Personality
An enthusiastic self driven person is required with excellent communication skills, highly motivated and results driven, dynamic and flexible. You are able to work on individual tasks.
The Intern’s/trainee’s responsibilities will include
• Assist in the implementation of national and international marketing programs for the QRPMMI in Sweden.
• Support promotional plan, organize mailings
• Support supplementary marketing activities
• Support sales activities/ pre-sales & after-sales
• Support in administration
• Support of event organizations (reservations, promo-material, contact sponsors)
• Develop newsletters and press releases
• Prepare courses, events and marketing material
• Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
• Compose and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
• Provide services to customers, such as order placement and account information.
• Translate from English to Swedish visa versa
• Market research
