hela Sverige The Volvo Group International Graduate Programme gives you a unique opportunity to gain a holistic view of the Volvo Group and to kick-start your career through international assignments, work in different parts of the organization, networking, and professional and personal development. Upon completion of the programme, you will continue to work in the position you were recruited.
The programme runs for 12 months and includes a combination of common and individual graduate activities and day-to-day work at the home company. It consists of three weeks of common development activities at different locations globally, where the participants meet and network. Common activities in the latest programme took place in Gothenburg, Sweden, Ageo, Japan and Greensboro, USA.
The programme also includes learning activities in your home organisation and an international assignment.
During the programme you will participate in training sessions covering fundamental Group concepts, such as diversity, personal development, project management, cross cultural communication etc.

Business Controller Retail Network
Position
The Group Trucks Sales Retail operation is a global dealer network selling trucks, spare parts and workshop services to end customers.
The mission of the Business Controller Retail Network position is to provide proactive, efficient and effective controlling in the form of performance analysis, risk assessments, business fact presentations, identification of corrective actions and active project support. This work is done in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders and the notions of Support, Challenge and Control are present in the daily work.
Tasks would include:
Assist with controlling of the Group Truck Sales Retail operation; the monthly closing process as well as the estimate process
Support in the Retail Investment process
Reports/Dashboard update & maintenance
Involvement in projects
Guidelines & support
Ad-hoc analysis
Overall requirements:
Master of Science or Business Administration
Valid work-permit for applied country if not citizen
Excellent spoken and written English and Swedish (Additional languages are given merit)
Maximum of two years previous work-experience after graduation
International experience is meriting
