In this position, you are given the opportunity to participate in an innovative development. SKF has launched a number of new platforms and applications, where data and diagnostic requests can be sent directly to SKF's cloud for expert analysis. Introduction of Industry 4.0 and robot applications in production increases the reliability and security. SKF also efforts to support the UN Global Compact and contribute to the Global sustainable development goals.
You get the possibility to participate.
Your key responsibilities will be on a global level for the SKF Group and include:
• Working with technology from a techno economic perspective.
• Mapping technology based Intellectual Assets.
• Developing, visualizing and improving technology control positions of products and technology.
• Developing, implementing and improving IA tools, processes, trainings etc.
• Supporting exploitation of SKF technology from an Intellectual Asset viewpoint.
Knowledge and experience required
• University degree in engineering - preferably in Mechanics, Physics, Electronics or equivalent.
• Education and experience in Intellectual Asset Management and/or Intellectual Property Strategy. Graduate from ICM masters is an advantage.
• Preferably two or more years of work experience
• You may also soon graduate and are looking for a place to do your master thesis.
Personal profile
• Structured, self-motivated and proactive, with a high level of drive and commitment
• Good communication skills with fluency in English, other languages can be useful.
• Ability to work in remote, cross-functional and multi-cultural teams and networks
• Willingness and ability to share knowledge and to train others.
