We are looking for an Integration Developer to support us in customer projects. You will work closely with customer teams to translate integration needs into efficient solutions using our integration layer. The role is not focused on daily coding, but strong Java knowledge is essential for utilizing our existing reusable components effectively.
This is a hybrid role involving technical configuration and cross-functional communication. You will play a key part in setting up, testing, and fine-tuning integrations with both technical and operational stakeholders.
Role Breakdown:
40% Communication & requirement gathering
40% Configuration and integration setup
10% Testing and validation
10% Java development (using existing components)
Requirements - Technical Skills
2-4 years of hands-on experience with API Management and/or Apache Kafka
2-4 years of experience in Java development
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and Ansible Tower
Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Kubernetes clusters
Comfortable working in Linux and WSL environments
Familiarity with Splunk, Fluent Bit, and Helm charts
Experience with Angular, JavaScript, and Bash scripting is a plus
Requirements - Soft Skills
Strong communication skills and ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical tasks
Experience from working in integration-focused teams or departments
You do not aspire to work solely as an architect or a backend developer - you enjoy combining communication with hands-on delivery
