hela Sverige Northvolt has an exciting job offer for an Instrument Supervisor to join our Skellefteå team.In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in developing a new generation of large-scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon-free society, and this is your opportunity to take part in leading those efforts and help drive us to success.
Executing Instrumentation and Calibration work to secure production capacity. Instrumentation team management. Making sure all implemented standards are followed.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
Prepare weekly Instrumentation and Calibration schedule and allocate work
Inspect and maintain all Calibration and Instrumentation processes, quality of work done by the applied standards
Contribute in Instrumentation and Maintenance program optimization
Oversee all Instrumentation and Calibration process and ensure that work is completed on time.
Maintain all inventory and equipment and ensure proper storage.
Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
We believe that you have:
Qualifications/education/experience
Bachelors degree (highly advantageous).
At least 3 years of experience as an Instrument/Metrology Engineer or Instrument(Metrology) Supervisor.
Fluency in English
Advance computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience working in some Data Management System, Calibration Management System is a plus (Beamex CMX)
Previous experience in Instrumentation and Calibration in production min 2 years, Quality Control experience is a plus
Specific skills:
Good technical knowledge about measuring methods and technologies, instruments and calibration tools.
Proven skills in working with continuous improvements in industrial environment.
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
Fantastic organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
