Our Manufacturing Department is creating a strong foundation of skills for new technologies and innovations. We have a committed passion to create and deliver iconic and desirable global products suitable for volume production.
In order to effectively build up a strong knowledge base for the Manufacturing Organization, we are now looking for an Instructor Lean and Training.
Description
You will be a part of the production staff and when it is needed, you will be a key member in the Training Team. The Training Team is responsible for the training of all our Manufacturing Departments. As a member of the Training Team you will handle the practice of both internal and external customers.
The role as Instructor Lean and Training involves:
• Being an operator in one of our a manufacturing departments
• Training various function so that they are well prepared for their task
• Being one of the trainers of both internal and external customers
• Being involved in adjusting existing training documents
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
• Excellent pedagogical skills
• Experience in working with Lean Production System
• Ability to learn and rotate within the teams stations
• Senior High School degree.
• Driving license
To be successful in your role, you have:
• Good communication skills, both spoken and written
• Functional and technical skills
• A solution-oriented and a coaching approach
• Actively participate in problem solving and improvement
• A mindset to be very flexible and willing to learn
• A good team player approach and excellent cooperation skills
You master English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
The work may also involve some travel.
Great consideration will be given to your personal aptitude for the position.

Collective bargaining agreement signed by IF Metall.
