Work Description
To our international customer we are looking for a Inside Sales to join their Customer Care group based in Malmö. The position is full-time and working hours are day-time
In this role you will have daily contact with customers from several different countries. The job includes the following tasks:
• Time and material sales on existing customers.
• Receive incoming calls and take customer requests.
• Provide technical and operational support to customers and creating service orders.
• Seek opportunities to establish and expand the sales of spare parts.
• Handle multiple fixed, daily tasks concerning customer issues.
Qualifications
The sucessful candidate will possess following qualifications:
• You're fluent in both written/verbal in English as well as Swedish.
• You have an educational background in either IT or Engineering.
• You have experience from a similar position, inside sales in a technical enviroment.
• Good knowledge in business economics.
• Good technical knowledge.
• Goos skills in office administration.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems as well as SAP.
• Hig-level skills in MS Office.
Furthermore, the following traits will help you become successful in this role:
• You're self-driven with a customer orientated attitude.
• You're flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
• You're a team player and service minded.
• You're detail oriented and organized with a high focus on quality.
• Ability to cope with stress.
