Klarna's Swedish sales organisation is continuing our successful journey, do you want to become our new star? We continue to grow, both in existing and new markets. We are now looking for an ambitious and customer focused member to our strong Inside Sales team in Sweden. Our current farmer, Harald, has been promoted and will take on the challenge as the new Team Leader for Inside Sales in Norway.

As an Inside Sales Farmer in Inside Sales you are a key person on the team. Your will call mainly existing merchants to offer them Klarna Checkout or other additional services, handle price negotiations, payment delays, special requests, contestations, winbacks etc. Klarna has a strong focus on doing business with high quality and the success lies in truly listening to each and every customer you call. As a Sales Admin/Farmer your working tools will be your phone and your computer.

You have a genuinely positive and enthusiastic attitude. You love people, challenges, are a good team player and you like to be measured against your sales and conversion targets. Furthermore, you have an innovative mind as well as good structure and analytical skills. You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently.
