Presentation
On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently looking for an Asset Assistant for a temporary assignment. The assignment, which is full-time, will start immediately and continue on for six months, with the chance of becoming permanent.

• manage backlog administration.
• place orders against system generated purchase suggestions
• send out weekly and monthly reports to suppliers
• update the ERP system with the latest rescheduling and shipping information from suppliers.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We want you to have a relevant educational background and previous experience from a similar position. You have good computer skills and can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
We see it as advantageous if you have experience in working with a larger, integrated computer systems.
As a person you are organised, process oriented and flexible. You are also a great team player with very good problem solving skills who pays attention to details. Furthermore, you have the ability to respond rapidly and professionally to the demand of a high pressure commercial environment and are willing to work in a challenging and multicultural setting.
