Kambi IT Operations consists of more than 30 people working to ensure Kambi's business can deliver twenty-four seven, year round. We're dedicated to agile operations, believe dev-ops and automation is a great way of achieving that and use Kanban to support our efforts along the road.

The Infrastructure team automates and abstracts the complexity of modern infrastructure to provide scalable, secure and highly available platforms to support the business needs and growth. As an Infrastructure Developer you see code where others see traditional infrastructure and work from the ground-up principle to automate everything.
This is what you will do:
• Build and maintain on-prem and cloud production systems around the globe.
• Work closely with the Infra Architect and team members to ensure we make relevant tech choices
• Work across the Kambi organization to deliver reliable, scalable and highly available systems.
• Operationally responsible for our infrastructure, including taking part in 3rd line stand-by rotation.
We expect you to:
• Have strong background in Linux and/or Networking
• Have proficiency as a developer preferably with Python or Ruby
• Have experience with infrastructure automation, preferably with Ansible and/or Puppet
• Have demonstrated experience with large scale production systems, preferably in the gaming space, or other transactional heavy systems.
• Have the mind-set and skills to become an effective part of a cross-function, self-organizing, self-managing team
• Be technically brilliant (or getting there)
You'd like to work with these technologies:
• Linux and OpenBSD
• Networking (Cisco, ipsec, pf, bgpd)
• Automation (Puppet, Ansible)
• Load balancers (nginx)
• System monitoring and alerting
• Globally hosted servers and network equipment
• Virtualization (Openstack, KVM, LXD)
• Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure)
We expect you to:
• Have a deep knowledge and long experience working in Linux and OpenBSD
• Have worked in a team managing a global network infrastructure
• Be comfortable with technologies like load balancing, routing, firewalls, VPNs, monitoring and virtualization
• Have worked with scripting (Python, Ruby) and automation
• Have demonstrated that you have the mind-set and skills to become an effective part of a cross-function, self-organizing, self-managing team
• Be technically brilliant (or getting there)
