Main job activities and responsibilities:

Work with the Head of IT to ensure compliance to PostNord Information Security Framework and establish and implement additional for Strålfors needed Information Security controls.

Work together with PostNord CISO to ensure expected level of Information Security for Strålfors.

Working across the group, you will manage the implementation of compliance to GDPR; providing assistance, advice and direction to the various departments within the group.

In this job you will lead information and IT-security planning processes to establish an inclusive and comprehensive information security program for the entire organization, compliant to PostNord overall Information Security Framework and developing Information Security Policy Framework to achieve ISO27001:2013 accreditation.

Develop and implement effective and reasonable processes to secure protected and sensitive data and ensure information security according to PostNord and Strålfors expected level.

Support program and projects with information security competence and support in ISA (Information Security Analysis), in order to be compliant to PostNord Information Security Framework.

This job also includes managing internal and external audits. Take part of the audits with different parts of the organization. Keep track on audit findings and progress on behalf of Head of IT.

Provide guidance and counsel to the Management in defining objectives for information and IT-security, while building relationships and goodwill. Work closely with IT leadership, technical experts and business leaders across the organization as well as industry peers on a wide variety of security issues to stay aware of internal information security needs and changing external threats.

Identify Strålfors Information Security level and report to Head of IT and PostNord CISO.

Work throughout the organization to build awareness and a sense of common purpose around security.

Skills and experience needed for this job:

Infrastructure Security experience

Information Security experience

Working knowledge and experience of implementing standard i.e. ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, OWASP etc.

Technical knowledge of Cybersecurity tools

Demonstrated ability to recognize information security vulnerabilities and providing remediation

Collaborator with strong communication skills

Ability to implement and govern process, strong focus on compliance
