As Industry Manager, you will play an important role in driving the company 's sales strategies forward by leveraging your extensive experience and expertise in sales, business development, and marketing. You will be responsible for understanding and addressing the needs of the company 's largest customers through consultative selling techniques and data-driven analysis.
In your role as Industry Manager, your main tasks will include:
• Engaging in consultative conversations with stakeholders to understand their needs and motivations before conducting thorough analysis and making strategic recommendations.
• Customer research to gain insights into their organizations, industries, and competitors.
• Leveraging technical and financial data to differentiate the customers products, services, and solutions and create competitive advantages.
• Staying abreast of the company 's latest sales tools and industry trends to provide valuable insights and uncover new opportunities for customers.
• Applying industry knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and plans, ensuring efficient and effective business outcomes.
This role is a cover for a parental leave and will be from august 2024 until august 2025.
About you
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor 's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with a minimum of 10 years of sales, experience handling large customers. You should have a proven track record in online sales and business development. Preferably with expertise in building relationships within the media and advertising sectors.
Furthermore, we see that you possess strong consultative skills, data-driven analysis capabilities, and a deep understanding of sales and partnership strategies.
Important for the role:
• Strong consultative and analytical skills.
• Extensive experience in sales and business development.
• Ability to leverage data and industry knowledge to drive sales strategies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record in managing large customer accounts.
• Experience in leading projects.
