What you'll do
The Project Manager we are searching for will be responsible for the industrialization part of one of our biggest and most important customer Projects. You will lead a cross functional team with highly qualified process engineers with different specialist skills, quality engineers, purchaser, logistic engineers and representatives for production. There is a process routine for project management, however the project requires something extra in terms of "outside the box thinking" and a proactive and agile way of working. You are a key person within the company and your work is performed in a dynamic and innovative environment. The pace is challenging and stimulating. Customer is regularly auditing the production plant and you are responsible to keep the customer informed and in good confidence of the project progress.
What you'll bringYou are a driven, responsible and well-organized person with the ability to make prioritizations and plans. Your many years of experience have made you well aware of cost and quality and you are used to make independent decisions. The role is requiring a skilled and dynamic person with good practical experience and understanding of both the commercial and technical side of a project within the car/ electronic industry. As a person you have good social skills, are communicative and a good team player. You are used to run projects from pre-studies until hand- over. Your leadership skills is enabling you to involve the project team and to run the project with a clear structure.
We belive you have:
• Expertise of project management in multidisciplinary projects within the electronic or car industry
• Experience of working with time plans, quality and budget
• University degree in Engineering. M.Sc, B.Sc
• Experience of MS project is meritorious
• Been working in, and therefore are used to different project models and business systems
• Excellent Swedish and English skills, verbally and in writing
