Strip and Film business supplies annually approx. 19K Tons of Strip and 5.6K Tons of Film from 3 factories located in Sweden, Denmark and Thailand. With a team of roughly 300 people. We use Strip and Film production equipment supplied by expert companies but developed and managed by Tetra Pak.
We are looking for an Industrial Base Manager who will have a high impact and a wide scope across Product Life Cycle and Order Fulfilment Packaging Material processes covering technology and product with exposure to both suppliers and customers. The role will bring an opportunity to develop and to get exposure to the Strip and Film business in a multi-cultural and multi-location environment. This is a management team role and you will work with central team functions as well as with our Strip & Film factories.
The position is located in Lund, Sweden and it includes approx. 30% of travelling time.
Main responsibilities
• Global Strip and Film capacity management alongside business continuity
• Industrial base performance, maintenance, improvements and Life Cycle
• Create and implement the future state of industrial base set up, technology and systems.
• Work closely with all areas of Tetra Pak to ensure synergies are realised
• Specification owner of the Strip and Film Industrial base and process
Qualifications
As a person, you have demonstrated excellent communication skills and you have a proven ability to develop effective relationships and gain credibility across all stakeholders.
You possess a high-level business understanding, autonomy with strong drive for results and ability to lead, collaborate and engage with people internally and externally. You are an analytical and organized team player, capable of using informal authority to motivate people and influence at all levels of organisations.
We believe the successful candidate has a University degree in Engineering. A minimum of 5 years working with technical experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment is desired. Project Management experience is required. Previous SAP/BO and WCM experience is valuable while any competence of Strips and Films production technology is a plus.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
