Qualifications: We believe that you have a university degree within supply chain, engineering or equivalent education along with a good portion of work experience from Sourcing, Product development, Purchasing, Procurement, Indirect purchasing or similar positions.
You have a successful track record of transforming organizations through change management, process improvement and policy enhancements.

You also possess demonstrated knowledge of sourcing processes and technologies including e-Procurement.
Experience managing a minimum indirect spend of $50 / SEK 450 million preferred. Outstanding skills in stakeholder management required.
Seasoned in developing infrastructure of an indirect procurement organization. Knowledge of formalized spend analytics preferred. Well versed in establishing procurement metrics.
Quantitative approach to decision making.

Duties: The Indirect Sourcing Managers drives development and implementation of the global strategy for indirect strategic sourcing and provides flexible, responsive, and innovative sourcing support to the business. The two roles covers regional and global spend of indirect sourcing.
Primary responsibilities include strategy development, establishing performance objectives and determining and implementing core processes to maximize the sourcing support provided to the business. Further, the role will establish group operating procedures, system support, category management, supplier selection process, negotiations, approval processes and spend control within the indirect sourcing area.
Essential duties:
Build and effectively maintain relationships within all organizational levels, including the C-Suite.
Define group procedures and approval processes for indirect materials and services. Drive significant improvement of spend control.
Develop strategies, build consensus and execute detailed sourcing strategies for a broad set of indirect categories including (but not limited to) ICT, travel, marketing, machinery, tools/equipment, facilities services, labor, external services, consultants, services, leasing of cars & vans.
Increase aggregation of spend across categories.
Maintain market knowledge to identify strategic opportunities to develop the current and future supplier base.
Collaborate with senior management to establish business objectives for the indirect sourcing function.
Review of vendor performance, monitoring of contract budget performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
Establish capabilities and direct spend analysis and report activities to: a) ensure near-real time identification of savings opportunities, b) identify non-compliant spend; c) support fact-based negotiation.
Audit and monitor all indirect sourcing policies and procedures to ensure relevant shared information is obtained for competitive purchasing analysis, and performance and compliance measurement.
Includes responsibilities Group-wide, including all Business Regions and Business Units. Main focus on USA/Canada as well as Sweden/Europe.
