To manage, deliver and develop the Workshop Channel sales in a dedicated geography, part of the country, according to the agreed sales plan; by managing a portfolio of Core and Transactional accounts
Gain comprehensive knowledge of individual account strategies and business objectives
Complete portfolio plan reflecting the individual objectives, including business growth, trade-up, pack mix, drop sizes, credit targets and personal development
Develop the sales in the dedicated geography and sectors, according to the Portfolio plan agreed with the team leader, and delivering the results defined in that plan
Maintain the customer database with DMU & buying information for the own portfolio, using the local templates and systems.
Monitor losses and gains
Ensure coordination of own activities with Sales Operations
High school degre
Experience of sales in the automotive industry, preferably in lubricants
