Orrefors Kosta Boda AB is a design company based in Småland in the south of Sweden. The company is world renowned for its design and manufacture of high quality table glassware as well as unique studio glass. We develop, produce and sell a wide range of table glassware and studio glass for both private and public use. We are the biggest group of glass companies in the Nordic countries, with a history that stretches back to 1742. Since 2005 we have been part of the New Wave Group.

We are now looking for an in-house sales person with a focus on exports - a person who would like to be part of our team and contribute to absolute customer satisfaction at our customer service department in Kosta.

Arbetsuppgifter
As an in-house sales person you will primarily specialise with support and sales via e-mail and telephone to Orrefors Kosta Boda's international customers. Your tasks will include the completion of orders and invoicing, as well as dealing with claims and returned goods. You will work pro-actively with the monitoring of deliveries in order to ensure their correctness.

You should be service-oriented providing support to external sales staff and the export sales director and in the long-term be able to assist with the sales planning process for these people. To a certain degree your tasks will also include participating in trade fairs and customer visits. It is anticipated that you are able to work with both sales reporting as well as sales prognoses.

Profil
You should have at least a senior high school education, preferably with a focus on sales, alternatively on economy. It is deemed to be of the highest merit if you have previous experience from a position involving export financing and international transport.

You are a careful and service oriented person with a modest character - a person capable of creating relationships and confidence who always sees the value of professionalism and providing feed-back to the customer. In order to succeed in this role it is considered important that you also possess an international understanding with the ability to be able to adapt your attitude/reception to different people and circumstances. This position requires that you have fluent English, both written and spoken and it is seen as an added advantage if you have further skills in additional languages. You should also have good computer skills and a comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
