This is an assignment that will start in april and run for at least twelve months, during that time you will be employed by Manpower.
The job
Coordinating with host countries within the Capgemini Mobility teams, you will be taking care of online work permit applications for Sweden, all categories of work permits where you will be in contact with the migration board regarding all work permit categories including asylum permits etc. As an expert on these topics you will provide the rest of the organization with support regarding matters such as; expat compensation packages, social security calculation. You will also advice Business on immigration positions, compliance & risks, supports deal reviews and RFPs from an immigration and deployment perspective.
Who are you?
To be able to succeed in this role we believe you need previous experience from a similar position. You are also an excel expert, familiar with VLOOKUP and advanced excel applications. Fluent in written and verbal communication in Swedish and English is a must. Previous experience have given you a great understanding of Nordics outbound immigration the Swedish tax system and basic knowledge on taxes and payroll for the Nordics.
A bonus is if you have experience in applying for work permit and creating deployment/compensation models for other countries within Europe, US and UK.
