In this role you will:
• Drive improvement and development of the communication of the Culture & Learning offer, to strengthen business impact
• Secure alignment of the communication through collaboration and close cooperation with stakeholders within CBF and other business stakeholders, to strengthen the Franchise offer
• Responsible for creating communication briefs for the Culture & Learning offer as well as for Culture & Learning specific solutions
• Responsible for establishing an efficient work- and information flow according to the Manage Culture & Learning Process and Develop Culture & Learning Solution Process and the BPL year cycle
• Responsible for securing IKEA Tone of voice and visual/graphical identity in our internal range communication.
About you
You are always curious to find more effective ways of working and passionate about using knowledge to drive the business development and optimise performance. You enjoy sharing knowledge, insights and learnings and leading through others.
Furthermore, we are looking to find in you:
• A Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Media and communication and/or a minimum 5 years of experience from an international business environment
• Experience from executing plans answering to a forward-thinking, up-to-date wished position an ever changing business environment
• Knowledge of using competence development tools and methods to help the business and people to grow
• Knowledge of process creation, implementation and development through communication
• Knowledge of communication of portfolio management and developmental work, preferably within the area of learning.
• Knowledge of trends in the field of learning development and how culture can be strengthened through values and ways of working.
• Motivated by leading business and people together with a deep belief that competence development drives business result.
• Desire to find and develop new opportunities by engaging and motivating people.
• Passion for enabling and empowering IKEA co-workers to be confident and competent.
• Willingness and drive to find common interests and agendas, build trust and create partnerships to reach common
