What you will do
In Volvo Buses, our vision is to become the most desired and successful provider of sustainable people transport solutions. Cyber security has become increasingly important to deliver safe and reliable services to both our customers and employees in the era of digitalization, connectivity, and automation.
We are now accelerating our efforts within cyber security and are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) responsible to overseeing the design, implementation, and management of our IAM strategies. Ensuring a seamless and secure, experience while at the same time maintaining a user-friendly experience for both customers and employees. Cyber threats are a reality, and we need to stay ahead!
Your future team
You will be working with a small team of very skilled colleagues responsible for Enterprise Architecture, Information Management and Cyber Security. We are eager to learn from you and you will get fantastic opportunities to learn and develop with us.
Who are you?

You are structured, a good planner and a great communicator who is recognized for your high level of energy as well as positive attitude when facing a challenge. As IAM responsible you focus on delivering excellent customer experience, enhancing internal employee efficiency, and at the same time maintaining state-of-the-art security standards. The IAM responsible will develop and implement a comprehensive identity and access management strategy, ensuring robust security and compliance while enhancing customer and employee user experiences. You will streamline IAM processes to boost internal efficiency and manage adoption of IAM technologies to align with organizational goals and policies. Additionally, as IAM responsible you will lead a team of professionals, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of security trends and ensuring effective collaboration with various departments.
