Sub Solution Area (SSA) Deliver is unit within Business Area Managed Services (BMAS) IT delivering end to end global solutions for Supply, Sourcing and Resource Management processes for Group Functions Supply and Sourcing. SSA Supply Chain is part of SSA Deliver responsible for global IT solutions Supply chain functions for hardware (HW) and software (SW) products - the supply chain capabilities include Planning, Forecast, Ordering, Distribution, Warehouse processes.
Competence is being strengthened to drive business transformation and ensure a secure, scalable development, deployment and operations.
Our Exciting Opportunity
We are looking for an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Strategic Product Manager in Software Supply / License Management Business area. In this role; you will lead assigned Products and/or Portfolio(s), Solutions, systems, services and 3rd party products during the different phases of the Products/Services Life Cycle, meeting Ericsson internal needs and securing business value.
You will
Define portfolio strategy, roadmap and optimize portfolio Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
Support the development of domain target architecture
Prepare portfolio/product decisions and safeguard portfolio execution plans
Manage the portfolio as well as drive competence and business readiness
Manage release plans within portfolio
Promote simplicity and standards in technology implementation
Be aware of dependency to other portfolio and sub portfolio products
Manage risks in the lifecycle of portfolio
To be successful in the role you have
Education: A degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Leadership and Communication Skills
8 years of experience
Ability to solve complex problems using sophisticated analysis
Interprets business challenges and recommends standard methodology to improve products, processes or services
Demonstrated experience in Telecom
Typical Interfaces:
Product, Service Technology Vendors and Consulting and Integration Service Vendors.
Product Owners and relating Strategic Product Managers (external and internal)
Service Delivery Organization (Service Management and Delivery Management and IT Multi Regions)
IT Security and Group Security
Other Solution Areas IT Functions, Business Units, Regions, End Users
Group IT portfolio office
Additional Requirements:
Genuine interest in/Knowledge of Business management
Knowledge of assigned products and the business environment in which they exist (business models and players)
IT processes, tools and infrastructure
Financial knowledge
Business modeling skills
Learning and researching
