About the Assignment
You will lead an IAM initiative in a complex technical environment where identity and access management is central to secure and efficient delivery. The assignment covers the full lifecycle, from shaping direction and defining goals to driving execution, follow-up and continuous optimization.
You will work close to both business and technology stakeholders, coordinate across several project teams and help turn IAM needs into clear priorities, roadmaps and measurable outcomes. This is a strong opportunity for you if you enjoy combining strategic direction with hands-on delivery in a cross-functional setup.
Job DescriptionYou take end-to-end ownership of the project and drive it from ideation to optimization with focus on business value and customer value.
You define the project mission and OKRs, translate them into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog, and keep stakeholders aligned on direction and progress.
You lead a cross-functional technical team and create the conditions for engineers and collaborating teams to deliver value together.
You identify opportunities to improve IAM strategy, policies and processes, and help turn those improvements into practical actions.
You coach the organization on IAM best practices and support teams in addressing identity and access management challenges.
You build strong relationships with key stakeholders across project teams to ensure effective collaboration and clear decision-making.
You define MVPs, manage backlog priorities and make smart scope decisions to enable fast feedback cycles and steady delivery.
RequirementsExperience taking ownership of projects across the full lifecycle, from ideation through delivery and optimization.
Ability to define mission, OKRs, roadmap and backlog, and to communicate priorities clearly in a dynamic environment.
Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in development environments with many dependencies.
IAM knowledge and experience, including strategy, policies, processes, best practices and issue management.
Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Nice to haveGood understanding of directory services such as Active Directory, Azure AD, B2B/B2C, Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Azure AD Identity Governance.
Knowledge of IAM/PAM solutions such as SailPoint, One Identity, Saviynt and/or CyberArk.
Experience leading technical teams building custom development solutions across geographically distributed setups.
Experience with Jira, IAM documentation and reporting on IAM system activity.
