It's why we come to work every day. With our head office in Malmö and production sites in Sweden, the Netherlands and the US, our products are available in almost 30 countries across Europe, North America and Asia.

Are you keen to put your Identity and Access Management (IAM) skills to work driving a shift to a more sustainable food system? Maybe even have some fun and develop your own skills along the way? Then you're in the right place. Keep reading, and see if it's a match for both of us. We hope so!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are looking for you - who are all eager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation project and take ownership of our IAM solution from there. In this role you will engage, coordinate and align with stakeholders from different corners of our organisation.
As IAM Lead you will (among other things):
• Plan and coordinate IAM initiatives, such as facilitate engagement among stakeholders for the implementation and establishment of processes, standards procedures.

You will be a part of our Infrastructure and Operations team at our Business Technology Department and report to our VP Infrastructure and Operations. You will be based at our HQ in Malmö and probably travel a few weeks a year.
WHO YOU ARE
We believe you are a self-propelling and communicative problem solver, not afraid of asking why. You enjoy collaborating, working agile and are curious and eager to understand the needs of others. But you do not stop at finding new information and solutions - you do document it as well. You will be an important link between IT/Tech and our business, eager to explain and teach others. You look at the results and not just the bullet points in the job description.
At Oatly, things are evolving and changing fast and we're looking for a colleague who enjoy and thrives in this everchanging environment. Being light on your feet and willing to embrace the unknown is a verrrrrry big help. Having a positive mindset and both feet on the ground will surely help you on the journey. At Oatly, we work together. We would like you to bring your whole self to work, along with all your ideas, and the openness to hear your colleagues' highly questionable ideas too. Some of those dudes, may in fact, be diamonds.
To be successful in this role we believe that you have:
• 3+ years of experience from working in the IAM field
• Experience from one or more IAM system (such as: SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock, Okta, CyberArk and Ping
