Enerpoly is currently looking for a Human Resource (HR) Manager to support our rapid growth. You will work closely with our business department and will have the opportunity to build the HR function from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have experience in business & people strategies, employee recruitment, and a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead, execute, and refine the overall HR strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
• Create robust performance management culture that identify and deal with underperformance, ensuring maximum productivity and team cohesion.
• Support the company's leadership in managing their teams and supporting their growth.
• Manage HR processes and policies, from recruitment to onboarding, talent development, compensation, and employee relations.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, providing opportunities for team growth and improvement.
• Be a champion for our company culture, ensure our values are ingrained in everything we do.
• Proven ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (or the equivalent) in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in HR roles with progressive responsibility.
• Exceptional understanding of all HR functions and best practices including but not limited to performance management, talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
• Track record of implementing HR strategies that have directly contributed to company success.
• Demonstrated self-driven ownership and commitment to exceeding goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Startup or growth company experience.
• Passion for and experience in energy, deep tech, and/or battery industry.
