Human Resource Business Partner

As HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER within Manufacturing Engineering you will become a member of an HR team with motivated, energised and competent co-workers. As an HR Business Partner you will be expected to partner effectively with managers on different levels in the organisation as well as with the departments' Management team. This is a senior role where you will be able to make a tangible difference through your actions. We are looking for a result driven colleague who can demonstrate passion and enthusiasm, courage and integrity as well as excellent relationship building and influencing skills.

Job profile:

• Translating business needs/improvement areas into HR requirements
• Communicate and deliver overall HR services and policies into Business Units
• Initiate and drive HR projects together with management team
• Advising Business Unit line management teams and support them in deployment of HR tools, processes and policies in key focus areas such as Organisational-, Leadership-, and Competence Development, Performance Management, Resource Planning and Compensation & Benefits.

Your profile:

• University Degree in Human resource management or equivalent
• 5 - 10 years extensive HR experience
• High level of understanding of all HR processes and policies
• Ability to run change management processes
• Knowledge and experience of change management tools, processes and their impact on organisations and individuals/teams
• Extensive experience within Compensation & Benefits, Organisational Development, Competence Development and Resource Planning
• Having a coaching aproach
• Very good skills in Swedish and English written as well as spoken
